Atom can offer cutting solutions for leather or textile interiors, for mechanical parts made of composites or foams, thanks to special tools: the sonotrode for an accurate and precise cut of pre-preg fibers, the PRC chuck to cut aramid fibers and specific tools for other operations such as laying, spreading, ink-jet printing of codes to trace products or to mark stitching lines, stiffener spraying on the shape contour to ease the picking and help the processing of dry fabrics.
Atom also offers automatic lines to acquire and cut leather, to pick up pieces and automatic lines to lay out textile in multiple layers and automatic nesting systems.
